目的：
Purpose:
检验GB/T1406.1-7004-21成品灯上E27灯头螺纹最小外径（尺寸d）。
To check the minum outside (major) diameter of the screw thread, dimension "d" of E27 caps on finished lamps shown on sheet 7004-21.
检验：
Testing:
当量规套在成品（灯头向上）的灯头螺纹上时，灯头中心触点不应凸出X面。
检验仅利用量规的自身质量进行。
When the gauge is placed over the thread of the cap on a finished lamp,
held cap uppermost, the centre contact shall not project beyond surface
"X".
Only the weight of the gauge iteself shall be used in the test.
可由第三方国家相关权威计量部门专业计量并出具计量报告。
