检查是否滴油

用干净的压缩空气吹干(或用干净抹布抹净)喷油器表面，在喷油器试验器压力达到比开启压力低2.OMPa的压力下保持lOs，没有滴油现象，说明此喷油器可以继续使用。如果滴油，则必须维修，如果维修后情况没有改变，则必须更换喷油器

3、挖掘机喷油器的安装要求

挖掘机BFM1013发动机喷油器的安装容易出现180度的方向误差，因此在安装该发动机的喷油器时应注意。该发动机喷油器的回油管必须朝向发动机的排气管一侧。也就是当面朝单体泵安装孔时，喷油器的回油管朝向对面。

燃油系统是柴油机重要组成部分，其技术状态直接影响着柴油机的工作性能。柴油机在使用过程中因机件磨损及调整、使用不当等原因导致燃油系统技术性能逐渐变差，往往会出现一些故障，使柴油机不能正常工作。下面我们就柴油机燃油系统常见故障产生原因做以简要分析，以帮助用户使用中注意预防。

1 油路不畅通

柴油机燃油系统油路不畅，一般是由于油路中有空气形成气阻引起的。发动机出现启动困难、加速迟缓等故障现象，时会自动熄火。当油管因老化、变形和杂质堵塞使通路截面积减小，或因柴油滤清器滤网和柴芯堵塞时，将引起供油量不足而使发动机功率下降或启动困难。

这种故障的检查和排除可在现场完成。用手油泵泵油至一定压力，松开放气螺钉，如有气泡溢出且始终排气不尽，则说明油路进空气;如没有气泡但柴油从放气螺钉处溢出无力，则说明油路被堵塞。正常情况是稍松开放气螺钉，立即有油柱以一定压力喷射出来。排除故障方法是找出损坏或老化的垫圈、接头或油管予以更换。
