1、喷头距离产品的高度，一般打印喷距离产品控制在2-3mm，3-5mm也能打印出好的产品质量，超过5mm的打印就会发生飞墨现象，所以控制好打印喷头与产品的打印高度是基础常识。
2、静电引起的飞墨，众所周知，很多材料上有静电，而且很严重的静电，例如：亚克力，PVC板等材质。解决办法：打印前先用酒精擦拭，出去表面静电，或者机器打印头旁边按装除静电装置！ 
3、机器平台不平导致的局部飞墨，UV平板机，顾名思义，机器打印平台的水平性至关重要！若机器平台水平性误差较大的话，打印过程中就会出现局部飞墨现场或者重影。解决办法：调整好平台的水平性，平台水平控制在15丝以内，15-25丝之间勉强可以解决，超过25个丝则就会出现飞墨现象，另外的办法就是增加支撑平台的调节支撑点，便于调节平台的水平性！汉皇所有型号平板机具有36个支撑点用于调节水平性！
4、喷头堵塞引起的飞墨。解决办法：抽墨 压墨或者清洗液清洗打印头！
