位于离布宜诺斯艾利斯30公里郊区独栋别墅.在这个20米宽.50米长的地  块上眺望湖水.视觉效果非常好.这个简约的项目是为一对社交活跃

的丁克夫妇设计的.本项目对社交区域进行了独特设计.设计者决定将社交区分为两部分：  一边是普通区域.包含厨房和餐厅等：另一边是靠

近湖边的起居室.浅浅的水池将别墅院子一分为二  .并且可以使得北边的太阳光通过水面反射照进浴  室的内部.这样就使得房子的各个角落

都能照进阳光{尽管阳光不是直射进来  的1  .两个项目之间通过一个玻璃桥连接.桥下是涓涓溪水.10米宽.5米长的  起居室通过玻璃蒂墙.使

得房间的视野很开阔.较低的本平高度使得房子具有透  水性.并且有一个干净的湖光水影的环境.第一层的不同区域采用了相同的设计  标准.

前面是未来孩子的卧室.可以眺望湖水.主卧室作为连接两部分的桥梁.  延伸出建筑.去捕获湖面景观.在主卧远望湖水.你会感觉像漂浮在水

面上一  样.这个黑房子拥有强烈的视觉对比.其内部洁白而外部乌黑.似乎使我们想起  了一个被咬了一口的苹果的样子（故亊里.被咬了

一口的苹果代表人类的智慧，这确实是一个非常独特的别墅！
This  single  house  is  located  in  a  closed
neighborhood.  30km  away  from  Buenos  Aires  The  lot,  20  meters  wide  and  50  meters  length  has  amazing  views  to  the  切ke.The

simple  program,  for  a  socially  active  couple  wrthout  chfldren.  made  relevant  the  resolut/on  of  the  social  areas.  The

designers  decided  to  divide  the  social  areas  in  two.  In  one  side  are  located  the  common  areas,  such  as  the  kj?chen  and  the

dinning  room  On  the  other  side  is  located  the  liv/ng  room,  closer  to  the  lake.
The  shallow  pool  that  divides  the  house  in  two  allows  the  indirect  light  to  bathe  the  interiors,  as  the  northern  sun

refJects  rt’s  light  on  the  water  surface.  This  way.  light  is  present  in  every  corner  of  the  house,  but  never  in  a  direct

way.Both  programs  are  connected  by  a  glass  bndge.  with  the  water  running  under  your  feet.The  fiving  room.  10  meters  wide

and  5  meters  length,  opens  to  the  exterior  using  glass  walls.  It  was  thought  in  a  lower  /eve/,  making  it  permeable  and

allowing  the  arnbients  a  c/ean  view  to  the  lake.he  resolution  of  the  first  floor  follows  the  same  criteria  of  differencing

areas.  At  the  front  are  located  the  bedrooms  for  the  future  children,  with  views  to  the  lake.  As  a  br/dge.  join/ng  the【wo

vo/umes  in  the  /ower  floor  is  the  ma们  bedroom  with  a  giant  overhang  that  conquers  the  best  views  to  the  lake,  seeming  to

float  over  the  water  The  Black  House  has  an  almost  provocative  sobriety,  where  the  pure  white  in  the  ins’de  provocate  an

emot?ve  contrast  with  the  absolute  black  /n  the  outside,  reminding  the  bite  of  an  app/e.  A  strong  characteristic  that

names  the  house.
