浮体（浮筒）主要用于海洋、江湖等挖沙船、吹沙船、疏浚输送管道的水上敷设。
浮体外壳由抗挤压强度高，韧性优异的中密度聚乙烯原料制成，辅以抗腐蚀、抗老化等材料，经滚塑一次成型后，内充高强度聚氨酯泡沫塑料发泡处理生产出的产品，塑料壳内填充高强度高浮力的聚氨酯发泡材料，树脂中还添加抗紫外线物质，富有足够的韧性、硬度、能经受自然环境变化和低温侵袭，不会污染水质，并可回收再生利用，整个浮体一次成型无缝；结构合理,性能优异，作为水上排泥管的漂浮材料成为传统钢浮体的替代产品。
The floats (pontoons) are mainly used for laying of conveying pipes of sand-dredging ships or sand-blowing ships at sea or in the lake or river. The shell of float is made of MDPE materials with high crushing resistance and excellent toughness coupled with highly corrosion-resistant and highly aging-resistant materials to be moulded by rolling. The plastic shell is filled up with high-strength high-buoyancy PU foaming materials with resins to be mixed with UV resistant substances to ensure sufficient toughness and hardness to withstand changes of natural environments and impact of low temperatures and also it will not pollute the water and can be recycled. The entire float is moulded at one time without any seams and rational in structure and excellent in performance and therefore becomes a good replacement for traditional steel float used as floating materials of mud pipes at waters.
