上海普陀双层水泥搅拌桶 使用与维护： 1、操作工作使用JB-200型搅拌机前，必须首先熟悉本说明书内容，掌握机器性能和使用方法。 2、使用本机时应连续、均匀供料，粒位计应与供料皮带机的调整电机连通，筒体内物料未达到最高料位时，供料皮带以均匀的速度供料，并根据成型机料斗贮料情况调节排料闸门高度。正常生产时，搅拌机的物料进出量应达到平衡，当筒内物料达到最高料位以下，再恢复正常供料。 3、开机前应先检查各部位紧固件紧固情况及各润滑部位的润滑情况。 4、本机一般应空载启动，运转正常后方可开始供料。 5、机器停止使用前应先停止供料，停止供料后继续开动10-12分钟，等筒体内残留物料量达到最少状态，然后关闭电动机，并清除料位计表面粘料，若较长时间停机不用，应将筒本内残留物料清除干净。 上海普陀双层水泥搅拌桶
