指导思想:1.压力取决于负载.2..油泵输出的压力与流量成反比。在电控状态下,当外界的负载增加时,系统压力增大,当系统压力增大时,进入后泵的前泵油流和后泵油流的压力增大,电脑检测相关信号控制电比例阀出口的先导二次压力也越大,前者作用在一级活塞上,后者作用在二级活塞上,二者推动活塞克服弹簧力向左运动,活塞向左推动滑阀阀芯克服滑阀阀芯弹簧力向左运动,使滑阀阀芯处于左位,这时候后AY油泵油流即可通过滑阀阀芯左位作用到变量活塞的大端,此处油道由常闭变常开,因活塞两端的截面积不等,作用在斜盘变量活塞大端的压力大于变量活塞柱塞小端压力,柱塞向左移动,同时带动斜盘和滑阀套位置变动:使斜盘摆角逐渐变小,降低了油泵的排量,同时滑阀滑套向左移动,逐渐截断变量活塞大腔与后泵油流之间连通的油道,当油口完全截断后,斜盘活塞静止,此时斜盘不再摆动,油泵完成变量,流量输出稳定。
