1. ATEX概述：
ATEX易环境（ATmosphere EXlosible）缩写。
1994年3月23日，欧洲委员会采用了“潜在环境用的设备及保护系统”（94/9/EC）指令。这个指令覆盖了矿井及非矿井设备，与以前的指令不同，它包括了机械设备及电气设备，把潜在危险环境扩展到空气中的粉尘、可燃性气体、可燃性蒸气与薄雾。它规定了拟用于潜在性环境设备的应用技术要求、基本健康、安全要求和设备在其使用范围内投放到欧洲市场前必须采用的合格评定程序。
2. 防爆指令核心要求：
保护人们的安全和健康，以及在一定情况下保护家畜的健康和财产安全，特别是要格外保护工人免遭潜在性环境适用的设备和体统所产生的危害。
